Conveniently located within walking distance of the VOL Navy Docks, Neyland Stadium and everything else downtown Knoxville has to offer, rates vary depending on several factors including intended use, season of the year, number of guests and length of stay. Reservations are required.
For safety reasons and other considerations, a maximum occupancy of 12 people during the daytime or nighttime for lodging and other events must be strictly enforced.
LODGING:
Standard Nightly Rate (2 persons1): $120/night plus sales tax2 and hotel tax3
Football Weekend Rate (8 persons max): $2,300/weekend plus sales tax2 and hotel tax3
MEETINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS:
Standard Meeting Rate (12 persons max): $20/person plus sales tax2
1Slightly higher rates apply for additional overnight guests.
2Tennessee sales tax is 9.25%.
3Local hotel tax is 8%.
NOTE: The Queen Priscilla must remain docked at all times. Movement of the vessel by anyone other than the Owner or the Host is strictly PROHIBITED.
