Parking for guests who have reserved a boat at Tennessee Boat Rest is in the parking lot shared by Ruth’s Chris Steak House and Volunteer Landing Marina located at 950 Volunteer Landing Lane. Most of the parking spaces in the parking lot are posted as reserved for steak house customers. There is a limited number of public spaces located at the upper end of the parking lot – beyond the bridge. Parking in these spaces free as long as space is available.

Football Weekend Parking

On football weekends, parking in the public spaces at the upper end of the parking lot beyond the bridge is still free as long as space is available, but these spaces usually begin filling up as early as Thursday afternoon. Special ($25) parking passes may be purchased from Ruth’s Chris to park in spaces that are posted as reserved for steak house customers. These parking passes are redeemable for food purchases at the restaurant.

The best Football Weekend parking option we can suggest is at the nearby Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning parking lot located at 814 State Street. If you choose this option, you can drop your guests and gear off at the marina, park your car in the Coleman parking lot, and make the leisurely stroll back to the marina on foot. As a special consideration, you can purchase Prepaid Parking Passes for parking spots in the Coleman parking lot through Tennessee Boat Rest. The cost is only $10 per day. You must however, reserve your parking passes before Thursday during the week of the game. To do so, just submit the names of the people who will be parking their cars along with your payment. We will order the printed parking passes on your behalf and have them ready when you and your Guests arrive. Be sure to reserve additional passes for other Guests who may be visiting you on Game Day.

Please remember that if you choose to reserve Prepaid Parking Passes in the Coleman parking lot, they MUST be paid for BEFORE you arrive. We are sorry, but there can be NO REFUNDS if parking passes are not used.
